Auctions are 25% commission plus hourly rate for inventory and setup. Marketing and advertising expenses extra.

Liquidation sales are 30% of the total sale price. Marketing and advertising expenses extra. Some exceptions apply. 

Item dropped off to your front door in the CRD 

2 people with truck with tailgate, from WCL to one location, and we'll put the equipment in place for you

Call regarding special deliveries, include Equipment requiring forklift or cranes, stairs into delivery location, removal of door frames.
